DESIGN STORY

ANTI-CLAUSTROPHOBIA

MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE.

Sometimes, the first step forward is making space for it.

ANTI-CLAUSTROPHOBIA turns the idea of confinement inside out. Where CLAUSTROPHOBIA explores the challenge of a narrow space, this concept asks what happens when you open things up—when a movement has room to grow and a player has room to commit.

Its broad silhouette becomes part of that story. The design direction explores a generous catching area for string landings, balanced against the control needed to guide the yoyo through a combination. Width is an invitation to reach further; how the weight is distributed is what makes that space worth exploring.

Think of the trick you keep shortening because the final movement feels too ambitious. The catch you hesitate to attempt. The combination that needs one more transition. This concept is built around the decision to give those ideas a little more room.

Open the space. Commit to the movement.

ANTI-CLAUSTROPHOBIA — Beyond the boundaries you set yourself.
